Book a return with us - we'll collect and then take the collection charge from your refund amount! Please note the collection charge may vary.
For collections of accessories only, this charge is £29.95.
If returning pack products, the charge is £49.95 + 10% of your returned packed items value. If returning made to measure products (such as carpet, vinyl, artificial grass), the charge is £49.95 + a 50% Made to Measure fee
